An oak ashtray carved by Alan Grainger (Acornman) of Brandsby with a small acorn carved to the side, 10cm x 7.5cm x 2cm together with aย late 19th century souvenir purse, the brass outer with stamped foliate decoration and a central roundel with a scene of a palace and figures promenading, the interior in red card, 9cm x 7cm x 1.5cm and a bone whistle formed as a dog head, length 4.7cm (3)Condition Report:
- Acornman -
- Some water mark blemishes
- Small imperfection to the centre
- Purse -
- The clasp is not particularly secure, but it is crudely made.
- The interior is complete but a little tatty
- Patches of green verdigris
- Whistle -
- Missing an eye and the ring from within its mouth
- Stained split to the side
- Grubby
