A 19th century Japanese five section inro in black lacquer with gilt ducks in flight above grasses, 7.5cm x 5cm, damages together with two 19th century scent bottles both with gilt metal fittings and hand painted roundels within a domed case, case 8.5cm x 7cm x 5.5cm (2)

Condition Report:

• Inro -
• there are chips to all corners / edges where the cord sits
• the sections are a little stiff.
• it has been rethreaded with string.
• Some rubbing to the gilding
• Perfume bottles -
• Both bottles have damage to the stoppers in that the lids have thin holes at the edges
• The paintings may be on ivory.
• There is wear to the silk lining and to the velvet inner
• The outer leather has scuffs and marks
