• The autograph book contains assorted autographs that we can't decipher
• Some, including Cliff Richard were originally signed in pencil and then have been written over in biro
• Some pages with Sellotape marks and residue
• Some tears and scuffed edges
• The Hobbit has wear and tears to the cover with pieces missing to the spine
• Some foxing and stains to the edge
