This unusually large and gorgeous piece was made around 1900 in Switzerland and features a small second, calendar, and moonphase on a virtually flawless white porcelain enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals and ornate gold hands. The piece is in good vintage condition, winds up and works. It was not fully tested for accuracy and calendar functions and one of the pins to set the date is missing. Made from 800 (80%) silver and marked as such in several places. Measures approx. 3 1/2" high x 2 1/2" wide (which is also the case diameter) and weighs ca. 180 grams.
