Octavo, ex libris Sarah Stephenson, with her 1756 inscription on front fly leaf and note, "was her sisters Mary Boucher's" below in the same hand; with a loose endleaf containing a handwritten recipe inserted; bound in full modern brown calf with gilt ruling and labels to spine, contents with browning and marginal tears throughout, close margins, internal tears neatly repaired; fore-edge margin of Q2 torn away with losses to text; brown stain from inserted clipping affecting one opening; 6 3/4 x 4 1/4 in.
