Description

An early grain painted blanket chest having 2 false drawers over 2 dovetailed drawers mounted on tapered legs, all drawers with original brass pulls, circa 1810. Some use wear, most noticeable on the lid, the hinges are later replacement, some wear to the attached molding on edge of lid, otherwise good structural condition. Measures 42 1/2"W x 18 1/2"D x 42 1/2"H.
