Item Details
Description
Offered here for your consideration is an amazing group of fossilized Wooly Mammoth teeth and bone. Wooly mammoths are beautiful creatures that once lived in the Middle Pleistocene era across northern America, Europe and Asia. Mammoths were great in size, measuring about the same size as the African elephants now. They grazed on plants that they would dig out from under the snow with their 15-foot-long curved tusks. Thick would be a good way to describe their fur as it was about 20 inches thick or more. Their massive teeth are known to be some of the largest grinding teeth to ever exist, and just think you could own a few of them by bidding now. Their teeth, also, had an impressive washboard like surface with zigzag loops (similar to Asian elephants) to help them masticate plants. Don't miss the opportunity to own these items and bid now!
