Condition
The canvas is lined. Brown paper tape lines the outer edges of the canvas. Light frame rubbing to the extreme edges. A pinpoint loss to the left of the male figure's rear leg. Another pinpoint loss to the lower center edge. Hairline craquelure to the impasto pigment. Some discoloration to the varnish layer. Examination under Ultra-Violet light reveals: retouching to the right of the figure's forehead. Fluorescence to the varnish layer. Subject to the foregoing, it is in our opinion that the work appears to be in good condition.
