No reins, but attached to an early California unmarked straight cheek Las Cruces style finely inlaid bit. Provenance: Per family's notes, this multicolored bridle was woven for Rhoda Agatha Rindge by Francisco Ruiz at the turn of the 20th century. Frederick Hastings Rindge Estate, Rancho Malibu and Los Angeles, CA. Through Bonhams, Los Angeles, Rindge Family Property Sale, October 2019.
