Description
Dates to the middle of the 19th century, centering upon a soldier with pegged leg, with a child drummer boy in tow. A fine example, with plenty of detail in the field.
Condition
Needlepoint is in good condition, with light expected discoloration in spots. The frame has losses throughout, of no detriment to the artwork [kept it protected over its' life].
