Large chromolithograph with central portrait of Grant in uniform, surrounded by nine vignettes of Civil War scenes, including “The Battle of Shiloh 1862,” “Commander in Chief 1864 [Grant being promoted by President Lincoln],” “The Surrender of Lee, 1865” and more. Sight approximately 23 ¾ x 17 ¾”. Framed under glass. Frame size approximately 27 ¾ x 21 ¾”. Print toned, creased, some wear to frame. Borders not visible (it is unclear if the borders are still present, as this hasn’t been examined out of frame). Good. Rare.
