This is a classic Art Deco Watch by the legendary house of Patek Philippe. The watch is entirely hand made and appears to be entirely original as well. It was originally sold to Tiffany &Co. which was a common practice in those days and the dials were not always signed by the original factory. This is the only example of this model we have ever seen, making it a rare example by a legendary house, for another legendary house.
You will likely never see another watch like this one by two fine houses.
