Antique 18k gold and platinum watch case, set in onyx circle,decorated with rose cut diamonds set in silver. Suspended on a 25" long fabric cord (has damage - see photos) with silver diamond ends. Watch pendant is 35mm in diameter. Case is 22mm x 22mm. Dial shows slight discoloration, silver-tone, signed Vacheron Constantin Geneve, with black Arabic markers. Movement is signed: Vacheron Constantin, 382191, Geneve. Inner case back signed 3443. Manual wind - working order. Weight of the piece - 27.3 grams (including the cord).
