Plan for pick up within 2 weeks or item will be forfeited as we are closing this furniture warehouse at the end of that time. Payment required with 10 days or dispute will be filed. Absence of a condition statement does not imply the lot is in perfect condition, free from flaws, restoration, or the effects of aging. Condition reports can be obtained via email or telephone to us. Any condition statement given either verbally or written is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. All items are sold as is.
