Circa 1920s Tiffany & Company retailed Platinum and Diamond Ladies Wrist Watch, 18 x 18 M.M. Cushion shape case with Hand Engraving work and single cut Diamonds set into the bezel. Flexible Diamond set lugs, the watch with the lugs measures 1 1/4 inches in length. 18 Jewel C.H. Meylan High Grade Nickle Lever, mechanical, manual wind movement. Silver white dial with Arabic Numerals and a Hand engraved Platinum Crown. 7/16 inch wide ribbon strap with Platinum Buckle and is adjustable from 4 1/2 inches to 6 1/2 inches.
