Description
A French Art Deco platinum and diamond bombé ring, the domed ring head with an old European diamond rub set to the centre, channel lines of calibré cut diamonds on each shoulder, and old single cut diamonds millegrain set to the pierced sides. French Poinçon for platinum; indistinct maker's mark, possibly EF in a lozenge cartouche. Estimated weight of principal diamond 1.20ct - 1.30ct. 5.38g Principal diamond assessed as: Colour G/H Clarity VS2/Si1 Ring size O Buying this diamond ring at auction could save up to 0.42 tonnes of CO2e compared to buying new. Condition Report: The principal diamond is bright and lively, well proportioned. A small crystal under a crown facet visible only under 10x magnification and a small pin point on the table. The under gallery is separated from the ring head and slightly pushed inward (see images in condition report)
