Prince Nikita Alexandrovich: A No. 2 Bulls-Eye Kodak Model D Camera and Group of Photographs circa 1896-1918 4-1/2 x 4-5/8 x 5-3/4 inches (11.4 x 11.7 x 14.6 cm) (camera) Like his cousins, the Tsesarevich Alexis Nikolaevich and the Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Maria, and Anastasia Nikolaevna, Prince Nikita and his brothers were early camera enthusiasts. This camera belonged to Prince Nikita and followed him into exile, where he kept it with him. The offered lot includes a group of photographs of the Black Sea fleet in Crimea during 1918-1919, the period of his family's house arrest.
