Very Fine note is Fr.469 with SN 9987. Strong signatures, good color and normal wear are features on the note with only five known 1882 $5 Brown Backs in the National Database. Track and Price describes a relatively scarce bank with only 12 known notes, all large size. Exhibits what is often called "The New England Trim" where notes from new England were slightly trimmed compared to other areas and is not held against the note by Graders
