circa 1650, crescent carved cornice with drop finials, upper case with diaper and floral paneled cabinet doors, lower case with ogee bracket molding over guilloche and floral paneled doors, molded base, iron strapwork hinges, 62 x 56-1/2 x 20 in.
Provenance: Gift of Robert and Margot Haselkorn; Property Deaccessioned by the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Williamsburg, Virginia; all proceeds to benefit the Collections Acquisitions Fund
Condition
structurally sound, reconfigured throughout with later structural elements, scattered patches throughout, feet have been reduced, scattered cracks and surface wear, upper and lower case bottom boards replaced, lower doors with replaced hinges, other wear as expected with significant age and use
