A Chinese wucai 'flower' jar

Kangxi period, Qing dynasty

Featuring one vignette of a lotus pond to one side and a floral spray to the verso, interspersed with insect and flower-filled medallions. With previous collector's sticker to underside. Sold with associated wooden lid and stand.

H: 8, Dia: 7 7/8 in. (H: 20.32, Dia: 20 cm. (jar))

With chipping to rim, star crack from rim to body with overpainting, star glaze cracking to interior, and star crack to underside.
