Canadian. C. 1918. Artist is unknown. Depicts 3 French women pulling a plough instead of using horses, suggesting that buying victory bonds is an equivalent service for Canadians. Marked, "W.P. 7.", lower left border. Marked, lower right border.

Condition
Significant crease extending across the center, with touch-ups at center. Faint horizontal creases and closed tears extending from lower left and right edges, approx. 2.5 inches long each.
