A FRENCH ORMOLU-MOUNTED KINGWOOD, MAHOGANY, PARQUETRY AND VERNIS MARTIN VITRINE-CABINETBY FRANCOIS LINKE, INDEX NUMBER 75, PARIS, EARLY 20TH CENTURY The galleried superstructure with a beveled glass door enclosing a velvet-lined interior, above a vernis Martindecorated cupboard door enclosing a single shelf, flanked by a pair of bowed glazed doors, above a floral-festooned frieze, on square tapering legs joined by two undertiers and a lattice backboard, on toupie feet, the lockplates stamped CT LINKE/SERRURERIE/PARIS, the key stamped 67364½ in. (164 cm.) high, 33¼ in. (84.5 cm.) wide, 11 in. (28 cm.) deep
