(1) Navy Seal letterman jacket. (1) UFT divers goggles. (2) Pair of UDT canvas shoes. (1) Pair of USN officer shoulder boards. (2) Pair of UDT fins. (1) Mujahideen photo album. And more. Michael Quinten Whitely was born on February 11, 1950. He grew up in Baltimore, Maryland, receiving his Bachelors and Masters Degree from Loyola University and a PhD psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. He went on to serve in the US Army's 11th Special Forces Group until 1971. In 1978, Whitely joined the Navy and became the first clinical psychologist for Seal Team 6 in Virginia Beach, VA. Following his retirement from the military, he joined the Central Intelligence Agency and trained at "The Farm". His CIA career took him to places like Egypt, South Africa, Pakistan, Israel, etc. The details of his clandestine service are unknown. Whitley retired from federal service in 2006 to Land O Lakes, FL. Suffering from an illness, he passed away on April 28, 2020.
