Fabulous late 1940s Vacheron & Constantin Geneve eighteen karat 18K yellow gold wrist watch, number 453-3B. Classic slender styling, easy to read white face, gold Arabic numerals and gold dot markers. The watch case size is 33mm and is fitted with a new black crocodile band. Has 17 jeweled manual wind movement and is in minty condition, serviced and working. Gift boxed.
