It seems to be a unique name for Harry Winston.
*It's hard to tell at first glance but there is a small strange-shaped object spinning around near the center.
This pattern is often seen on Harry Winston watches and the rubber strap also has a similar pattern. This is an image of a shuriken (shuriken).
The Japanese part of the instruction manual describes it as a "shuriken" type second and the English version describes it as a Shuriken second mechanism.
