**Star Model B with Police Marked Holster

World War II

9mm Para. 4.8" barrel length. SN: 481219. Blued metal finish overall with straw colored small parts mounting checkered walnut stocks and military pattern sights. Short recoil operated single action autoloading pistol fed by detachable single stack magazines. Left slide is struck with the {Star Logo} followed by STAR B. ECHEVERRIA/EIBAR-ESPANA S.A. CAL 9mP with the P marking over-stamping one of the two m's in the caliber marking. Underside of the frame shows the importer marking CENTURY ARMS NC/ST. ALBANS. VT. Butt is struck B beside {Rampant Lion} marking. The right breech is struck by {Bomb P} proof marking with three further proofs struck into the left frame. Final three digits of the serial number struck in the left slide, barrel bushing, right breech, safety lever, slide stop, and magazine floorplate with the latter followed by the number 2. The interior slide is marked with roman numerals XIX and XI. Front sight has been painted white. Item comes with a single magazine and a black leather holster showing an eco maker mark above Hess. L. Polizei and a {Rampant Lion} stamp.

Condition
Very Good. Bore is dirty with some firing residues that should clean to Very Bright with sharp rifling. Metal finish shows some internal cycling wear, reassembly scratch to the left frame, and light edgewear on the forward slide and frame. Grips show a skip to the left panel with checkering remaining crisp. Holster has some abrasions along the edges, some stains, and scuffs. Magazine exhibits light insertion wear.
