.308. 19.3" barrel length. SN: 0001591. Parkerized metal finish with Walnut semi-pistol grip stock featuring half-length upper handguard and rifle grenade launching apparatus. Long stroke piston driven rotating bolt semi-automatic rifle fed by detachable box magazines following the pattern of the M1 Garand rifle. Receiver is marked P. BERETTA/7.62mm BM59/Gardone V.T./Italia followed by the serial number. Various components are struck with model marking BM59, including the folding Alpine trigger extension. Rifle sports a black rubber recoil pad with trapdoor butt containing a two-chamber synthetic oiler. Comes with three magazines. Importer mark to left receiver reads SPRINGFIELD ARMORY/GENESEO IL USA.

Very Good Plus. Bore is Very Bright with sharp rifling throughout. Parkerized finish shows some light scratches on the muzzle and forward barrel, and some light internal cycling wear. Wood shows few faint scratches. Recoil pad has hardened.
