Description
DESCRIPTION: Carved Wood wine cellarette featuring an arched lid concealing an interior with nine slots for wine bottles. Lid is fitted with a locking mechanism and decorated with marquetry medallions at the center and corners to match that of the front of the four footed body.
CIRCA: Late 18th to early 19th Century
ORIGIN: England
DIMENSIONS: H: 17.75" W: 15.75" L: 16"
CONDITION: Locking mechanism requires repair/attention; narrow and hairline cracks in veneer on lid and front of piece
