Description
Late 18th/early 19th century, probably Tyrolean or Swiss, a tulip wood and bone inlaid four drawer commode of serpentine-outline, the top having an extensively inlaid central heart with birds, and birds and flowers throughout, the case with canted corners and raised on cabriole legs. [34" H x 58" W]. Missing areas of moulding at the top. Provenance: From the Estate of Baroness Gabriele Langer von Langendorff.
