A rare and seldom seen example of this c. 1920s to early 1930s metal train set, made by American Flyer. This train set comes with a locomotive, a coal car, three passenger cars, a few sets of tracks for display purposes and a copy of the original instructions. CONDITION: The Coca-Cola cars all show minor paint loss, but remain vibrant and display well. The worst of the damage is on the top of the roof of two of the cars, where there is surface scratching and minor paint loss. The coal car and locomotive remain very nice, and show minor paint loss throughout. The toy tracks show age appropriate tarnishing to the metal. The copy of the instructions show light color loss.
