A rare and stunning example of this celluloid-over-tin-over-cardboard Coca-Cola sign from Crystoglas. This sign retains its original chain hanger with excellent color and detail to the lettering. CONDITION: The field of the celluloid shows light surface abrasions, likely from being handled over the years. The gold Coca-Cola lettering is impressive and bold. There are only a few slight areas of discoloration. The two hanging holes in the top border of the celluloid show minor wear, and the outer corners show minor paint loss. The backside is complete with its original manufacturer mark from the Whitehead & Hoag Company. Condition: (9). Dimensions: 11" x 5 - 3/4".
