SST. Maker marked "Stout Sign Co." A c. 1940s "Drink Orange Crush Carbonated Beverage" self framed embossed tin sign with outstanding bottle and Crushy graphic. CONDITION: The sign has excellent color and gloss throughout with very minor browning to the white background. The sign has a few very minor nicks to the paint in the inner and outer field, most notably in the "H" in the embossed "Crush" lettering. The outer edge of the sign has a few minor areas of paint loss, most notably the top left-hand corner. Overall an absolutely terrific piece, aided in display by the newly added frame.
