(Disneyland, 1983) Ralph Hanson’s 30-year Cast Member service award with a signed photo from the presentation. This earliest design of the 30-year award features an expressive bronze figure of Jiminy Cricket with a marble base bearing a plaque with Ralph’s name. The photo depicts Ralph receiving the award from Disneyland Vice President Ron Dominguez and Dick Nunis, with the mat signed by both along with Bob Gault and another executive. Also included is Ralph's name tag from the event. Measuring 4” x 7.5” x 8” tall, the award is in very good condition with very slight wear to the name plaque from age. The 8” x 10” photo in 11” x 14” signed mat is in very good condition with slight color fading.
