Publisher's blue boards with blue cloth spine, printed label on upper cover, in the printed dust jacket, housed in a felt-lined card slipcase with decorated paper. 8 3/4 x 7 inches (22 x 17.5 cm); xvi, 158, [2] pp., illustrated throughout by E. H. Shepard; folding map of the Hundred Acre Wood at end (the deluxe issue does not have the map endpapers of the trade edition). The spine of the jacket toned and a bit rubbed, with losses to the head and foot, and a small tear with minor loss to the foot of the front panel, the boards a trifle discolored from contact with the acid paper of the jacket but still most attractive, some toning to the endpapers as usual, generally a very clean copy internally, largely unopened.
