Vintage Sterling Flower & Leaf Stem Brooch, Green Stone, 1930's-1940's. This is a large brooch with curved stems and a curl over the stem. There is a old-mine cut green glass stone in the center of the blossom that is appx. 9.5mm wide. 3.5" tall and 2" wide. Tests as sterling with a weight of 16.00 gr. This has one large blossom and a smaller one with petals curled over. Very long pinback which has a locking mechanism to hold the brooch in place when worn. Light oxidation that can be polished away. It is not signed by the maker. (W81223.1X1 SS12004 J LD 9/22/23).
