Parchment with typical age discoloration, several small wormholes on boards and spine, one tear in parchment near rear joint; cracking at hinges, slight separation from textblock and head and tail bands lightly frayed, still sturdy overall; endpapers with wormholes and light staining, later manuscript on front free endpaper; pages lightly toned with occasional foxing, grime, wormhole, and staining; 2Y6 with significant loss; a rare bible.
