Title: Antique Art Nouveau Marcasite Silver Necklace

Description: The attractive Necklace Dates To Circa 1920-30s. This pretty necklace set in silver (probably 800 silver as was commonplace between 1920 & 1947) features an elegant Ribbon bow design with cascades of flowers, all set with shimmering faceted marcasites.

Marcasite is a natural grey coloured stone which has a soft shimmer in the light. Meant to be worn in candlelight, this vintage marcasite necklace outshines the others! Beautifully made with larger than usual marcasite, the necklace sparkles with 3 large petaled flowers.

The pendant section measures 95mm long and 30mm wide, The necklace has a curb link chain and measures 440mm, weight 15g
