Description Springfield Armory M1 Garand chambered in .30-06 with a eight round clip fed magazine and a 24" Springfield Armory barrel. The receiver was manufactured in 1944 with serial number 2741635. The barrel was manufactured by Springfield Armory in 1943 and marked "3 S-A-11-43". Parkerized finish with smooth wood stock and forend. Trigger guard safety. Checkered trap door butt plate. Front and rear sling swivels with mounted white parade sling. Adjustable rear peep sight and fixed front sight post. The bolt is marked "D28287-12SA RE6B". Condition: Good/Very Good with normal scratches and wear from handling and operation. Some light spots of metal oxidation on the receiver and rear sight. Scratches and finish loss on the gas tube and butt plate. The stock has been sanded and refinished with some light handling wear.
