Description
After studying law, economics and administration, he joined the Lucknau cantonal parliament as a trainee. In 1841, he joined the Higher Council of the State of Kšnigsberg. He rose through the ranks and in 1848 became Minister for Foreign Affairs. In 1858, he was sacked and retired to Lusatia, where he became a member of the Herrenhaus but was unable to take part in future negotiations.Letter signed, Berlin, 09.01.1855.
