American, circa 1870-1880. Hand-drawn fashion watercolor with a bouquet on a pedestal centered between the fashionable women of the day. Some staining. Watercolor, 10"h. 14"w. Likely original Victorian, black-painted cross-corner reeded frame, 20"w. 16"h.

Condition

Toning, water staining across top edge, wrinkling, water stain to lower left corner and some fading.
