Condition/Comments: Antique advertising Anheuser-Busch Budweiser Beer Ganymede image on wood sign. Circa 1900. Text: Modern Version of Ganymede, Introduction of Budweiser to the Gods. The depiction shows an eagle carrying a young boy with the description ìGanymede Bringing Budweiser to the Gods". The back label reads: In Greek Mythology, Ganymede was a Trojan boy of great beauty whom Zeus (Ruler of the Heavens) carried away to be the "Cupbearer" to the Gods. Measures about 24 x 34 inches.
