This dreamy vintage c1950 wedding dress features a long sleeve fitted bodice with a machine made floral lace overlay on a base of creme colored acetate. The bodice has a short standing collar with a deep V plunging neckline and button closures on the front of the bodice and on the cuffs, as well as darts at the bust fitted for a bullet bra. The skirt is made of cream colored satin and joined to the bodice at the hip in an interesting zig zag pattern. Also included is the original underdress/sheath made of cream colored acetate with lace trim at the bust line and an attached heavily starched flannel petticoat with a creme acetate top layer. Laying flat the dress measures: shoulders 16'', bust 16'', waist 14.5'', sleeve 23.5'', length 56.5''. Slip/petticoat: bust 15'', hips 20'', length 55''. The original pointed partial cloche lace hat, fine illusion net veil, and 2 customized matching hat pins, and the original lace gloves are all included. The dress is in good condition with 1 of the front buttons coming unsewn (included), and a few spots on the skirt. The slip is in fair condition with the seams starting to split. The hat/veil is in good condition, as well as the gloves. if you have any doubt, please ask questions!
