Vintage c1950 Novelty Print Skirt features a colorful novelty printed cotton with scenes of children visiting the zoo in shades of yellow, green, light pink, and a deeper pink on a black background. The skirt also has a side metal zip closure with a milk glass button. There are belt loops and darts at the waist to create a flared effect when in motion. Laying flat the skirt measures: waist 12.5'', length 27 1/4''. The skirt is in good condition with a few loose threads at the waist and 1 seam that has come partially unsewn. Along with a vintage c1950 Matching Striped Wool Wrap and Skirt in a light pink wool with alternating black, green, blue, and white stripes. It is backed in a solid black wool with a black fluffy fringe at both ends. The skirt is made in the same striped pink wool and features an A line silhouette with double pleats at each hip. The skirt is lined in a very thin ivory synthetic sheer fabric and has a metal side zip closure. The maker of this set is unknown. The wrap measures 80'' long by 22.5'' wide.
