Offered here for your consideration is a fancy Turkomann parade bridle with breast collar and quirt. This tack must have stood out for its owner! The bridle is made of now faded, but colorful cloth, and to that cloth frame the artist sewed seven large raised silver medallions with lavish stamped design work, a crescent plate of plain silver with silver dangle, and a large heart shaped silver piece with stamped design and silver dangles. And then he added 37 silver plates to tie the larger pieces together. The breast collar is covered with raised silver rectangles, incised plates at either end, and three brass or bronze pieces inset with stones. The quirt handle terminates in a carved wooden horse hoof. A beautiful ensemble of tack for your worldly collection, so bid now!

APPROX AGE: Antiques (meaning made prior to the 1930s).
SIZE: Quirt is 26 inches in length. Breast collar measures approximately 32 inches in length. Bridle appears to fit a standard horse.
CONDITION: There are some stone missing from the breast collar as may be expected with its age but, all things considered, average to good for their age, normal wear and minor imperfections expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
