ENGLISH GEORGIAN PAKTONG CANDLESTICKS, LOT OF THREE, comprising a pair, each having a single capital topped by probably original bobeche insert having four shell corners, raised on a knopped stem with foliate accents and a squared base with shell corners; and the remaining example having a single capital with gadrooned borders, a heraldry-type bird engraving to side, and an extraction hole to lower side, lacking bobeche, raised on an octagonal stem and square curved base with fluting and gadrooning. Each pair impressed with unidentified pseudo hallmarks to edge of base, remaining unmarked. Mid 18th century. Pair 9 3/4" HOA; other 10" HOA.

Condition
Pair in good to very good visual condition with some wear and scattered repairs, one with slight lean having repairs to denting on capital, other with areas of oxidation on stem and center base completely soldered, one bobeche with a 3/4" L crack at rim to extension; other candlestick in very good overall condition with minor wear and a few dents/nicks, center base completely soldered, possibly one or a few minor repairs.
