Lose Bögen je eingelegt in OUmschlag mit DTitel (etw. gebräunt, leicht fleckig u. knickspurig, an den Kapitalen mit kurzen Einrissen).Carteret IV, 243. Monod 7263. - Eines von 40 nummerierten und von Henri Le Riche signierten Exemplaren auf Japon nacré (GA 210). Dieses Exemplar mit einer signierten und eigelegten Zeichnung des Künstlers in Bleistift und rotem Buntstift. Die Radierungen der Extrasuite am Ende lose eingelegt. - Der französischer Maler, Bildhauer und Graphiker Henri le Riche (1868-1944) erhielt bereits 1888 den prestigevollen "Prix de Rome" und 1922 gewann die Silbermedaille des Pariser Salons. - Anmutige Interpretation des spätantiken Liebesromans auf feinstem Japon nacré. - Die OZeichnung etw. ungleichmäßig gebräunt sowie Ex. im Rand zart gebräunt und tls. leicht braunfleckig. Insgesamt gut erhaltenes Exemplar mit atmosphärisch-nuancierten Radierungen in tls. zartem Kolorit.With an original drawing and 23 partly watercoloured original etchings in the text by Henri Le Riche as well as an extra suite. Loose sheets inserted in orig wrapper with title on cover(somewhat browned, slightly stained and creased, with short tears at the capitals). - One of 40 numbered copies signed by Henri Le Riche on Japon nacré (total edition 210). This copy with a signed drawing by the artist in pencil and red crayon. - The French painter, sculptor and graphic artist Henri le Riche (1868-1944) received the prestigious "Prix de Rome" in 1888 and won the silver medal of the Paris Salon in 1922. - Graceful interpretation of the antique romance novel on finest Japon nacré. - The original drawing somewhat unevenly browned as well as copy delicately browned in margins and partly slightly brownstained. Overall well-preserved with atmospherically nuanced etchings in partly delicate colouring. 800
