ASSORTED WATCH HUTCHES / STANDS, LOT OF TWO, comprising an ornately figured/molded French gutta percha or Bakelite standing example featuring a central dragon and scrolling motifs with rotating porcelain/enameled calendar (with days and months of the year) contained inside and a thermometer outside, plus a smaller example with two round/turned wooden components joined by tripod patinated metal/brass poles, each round section with applied bone or plastic embellishments. Both hutches paired with 7-jewel Elgin watches. Various makers. 19th century. 11" HOA.

Condition
Very good or excellent condition, tripod example with loss to metal surfaces, discoloration, and some separations between components; French calendar example with expected wear and moderate insect damage to wood backing, thermometer is missing a mounting screw and is poorly attached.
