Vintage Sterling Sorrento Turquoise Necklace, 18" Rope Chain 1980's-1990's. The pendant is appx. 1.5" with a twisted frame and sawtotoh bezel set turuqoise stone that is appx. 24mm by 18mm. It sits higher than the base. It has a tapered ridged squeeze bail. the pendant is marked sterling and signed Sorrento - the chain is marked sterling and signed with a maker's mark that looks like either an M or a W. They both test as sterling with a weight of appx.6.75 gr. The photo showed a thinner chain on it - that chain was replaed with a chunkier chain that is sterling. Both pieces are in very good condition. Very clean. (W9223.16 SS12061 J LD 9/25/23).
