Vintage Repousse Dragon Brooch, 1980's-1990's. This has a black textured background with a raised textured dragon and a twisted rope frame - silver tone. It is appx. 1.75" wide and 1-3/8" tall. It is not signed by the maker. Nice dragon detail. There is finish change on the back of the brooch but still very good condition. (W9223.5 SS12024 J LD 9/27/23).
