Fernando Costa, who signs his works as COSTA, is a French sculptor-welder, born on December 29, 1970, in Sarlat.
In 2013, he was the 18th artist in the world chosen to create the "Art Car" for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. A consecration for him, following Calder, Warhol, Cesar, Arman, and Jeff Koons...
